Brett Tremaine has been in real estate since 1987. Brett has held positions as managing partner with Panattoni Development and Majestic Realty Co., and advisor roles with Lee and Associates, and Cushman & Wakefield. Brett’s experience also includes former roles in managing development and investment transactions in multiple markets throughout North America; including southern California Inland Empire, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Canada. Brett graduated from Pepperdine University with a business degree.

Ryan Martin’s real estate brokerage and development experience began in 1997. He previously held positions with Majestic Realty Co. and Cushman & Wakefield. Ryan was a top advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, and has designed and managed multiple national projects over his development and investment career. Ryan graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Building Construction Management.

Anthony J. Brent has more than 22 years of Commercial Real Estate experience specializing in Value Add Acquisition, Land Development and Brokerage Advisory Services.  Previously , Anthony started his career with Daum Commercial Real Estate from 1989 – 1991 then joined Lee & Associates  Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Vice President & Partner. Anthony held one of the top advisory and sales position in the City of Industry for most of his career and specialized industrial distribution space throughout the Los Angeles & Inland Empire markets. Anthony resides in Bel Air , California and is a member of Bel Air Country Club.

Randy Simmering has been in construction, real estate development, and asset management since 1983. Randy’s experience includes positions with Majestic Realty Co., Catellus Development Co. and Bechtel. Randy has directed the design and managed the construction of major industrial projects in California, Colorado, New Jersey, Virginia, Kansas, Indiana, Florida, Arizona and Pennsylvania. Randy holds a degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University School of Architecture and Environmental Design.

Tom Simmons began working in acquisition and development of commercial real estate in 2003.  He has held finance and operations management positions with privately held developers and operators as well as consulting for real estate partnerships on development and acquisition projects throughout Southern California.  Tom is a licensed real estate salesperson, holds an MBA in corporate finance from Chapman University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
